For a work assignment, I visited Santa Fe, New Mexico to prepare for a sponsorship with the Indian Market. An amazing find was Eloisa’s, a new restaurant at the Drury Hotel. From the roof top bar overlooking the great panoramic that is Santa Fe, to the excellent meal which was art on a plate. If you are ever in the area, be sure to stop by!

Missing The Urban Vibe!
This is the second time in a few weeks that work has brought me to Washington, D.C. It’s been a few years since I lived in an urban community and I love the chance to revisit whenever I can. It’s great how you bump into amazing experiences, people, art and opportunities walking through the city rather than driving, and today was no different.

Weekend in Chicago
I visited Chicago this past weekend to see friends from the time when I lived there and beyond. Specifically, my friend Carmelia Wrenn-Martin. I wanted to support her entrepreneur efforts at opening “Epiphany” Restaurant in Lincoln Park (734 W. Fullerton). The food is Cajun-inspired comfort food and absolutely delicious. Also, the location is actually great with adequate street parking for the area. Stop by and enjoy!! I did, and took my TenaciousM Posse with me.

Santa Fe, New Mexico “The Sequel”
My trip to Santa Fe last month was great, but this time around, I’m getting to know even more gems around the city. My friend and co-worker, Bridgette, is from here, so she is the perfect guide for great shopping and food.
